I’ve always been curious about what happens between people.
Not just attraction.
Not just compatibility.
But the invisible dance — attachment, desire, fear, longing, power and tenderness.
For 15 years I worked in London in the dating and relationship industry, supporting singles through matchmaking and therapeutic date coaching. I worked with ambitious, intelligent, often highly successful people who, despite everything they had achieved, still struggled with love (and intimacy).
What I saw again and again was this:
Finding a partner isn’t just about strategy.
It’s about nervous systems.
It’s about self-worth.
It’s about how safe it feels to be seen.
During my years in London I was also invited to contribute to public conversations about relationships, attraction and sexuality. I hosted panel discussions, spoke at events and participated as a guest panelist in relationship and intimacy forums — including appearing on a panel at the OM (Orgasmic Meditation) Society event in London.
These conversations deepened my fascination with the psychology of intimacy and the complexity of modern relationships.
My Work Today
Today, I combine that real-world dating experience with sexology training, therapeutic studies, mindfulness practices and deep relational work.
I work with:
• Singles who want to date consciously — not anxiously
• Individuals healing attachment wounds while staying magnetic
• Couples who want to reconnect emotionally and sexually
• Women rediscovering desire, embodiment and erotic confidence
My approach is both practical and profound.
Yes, we can talk about dating apps, communication tools and relationship skills.
But we also explore:
• How childhood patterns show up in intimacy
• How your nervous system reacts to closeness or conflict
• How desire changes under stress
• How connection can be rebuilt from safety rather than performance
What It Feels Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe our work as:
Grounded
Curious
Honest
Warm
Sometimes playful.
Sometimes confronting — in the best possible way.
I bring lightness into difficult topics.
I ask questions that open new perspectives.
I create space for you to pause, feel and respond rather than react.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you return to yourself — so your relationships can be built from clarity, choice and emotional safety.
A Little More Personal
I’m a curious yogi.
A lover of psychology and human complexity.
Someone who believes sexuality and emotional wellbeing belong in the same conversation.
I’m fascinated by the space where science meets embodiment — where attachment theory meets pleasure, and where strategy meets softness.
Having lived abroad for over two decades and now working in Finland, I bring both an international lens and a deep sensitivity to cultural dynamics in relationships.
At heart, I’m interested in one thing:
Helping you create relationships that feel safe, alive and true.
